So i already looked at the VCU thread on the forum, and I was wondering if the people who eventually got interviews received this e-mail prior to scheduling a date:

The Committee's file review indicates that they are very interested in your candidacy. There is another increase in the applicant pool this year, but we are trying to get all candidates at your priority score interviewed as soon as possible. Please watch for an e-mail from us regarding a possible interview date.

Is this a step up from just a hold? Gracias...

I did not. I went right from "file complete" to "schedule an interview". I do know others did get that message, tho.

well your vcu msg was better than mine.

mine was something like the committee would like to consider my file further. and that im in the possible interview pool. it goes on to say that not everybody gets interviewed.

VCU has a lot of different messages that they send concerning possible interviews. Be patient... if you get an interview, you'll know soon.

How long did it take to go from complete to interview invite for those that got them?
