I was accepted and will be attending. There are several threads on the forum now with students that have been accepted to VCU so search for VCU in the search box if you want to connect with others. Have you attended any of the information sessions? I think VCU is a great program with a strong group of faculty and each year the cohort is fairly diverse which enhances your experience as a student. I think the curriculum is set up very well and I like how the fieldwork I is set up with students going out once a week as opposed to two or three weeks at the end of the semester. Students are also required to assist with research projects, which I think is a great way to get the juices flowing for advancement in the field. If you are planning to get the OTD, VCU also credits I believe 7 credits toward your OTD degree if you choose pursue the degree at the school. I would strongly encourage attending the open house at the end of March or the beginning of April or if you can't make those, attend an info session or make an appointment to speak with the faculty. I know several people who are either in the program or who have graduated from the program and they only have amazing things to say. It's a highly ranked program and its a decent price whether you are in-state or out-of-state.
