I have been accepted to Wingate, a small private school in NC. I like the campus because it's brand new, my dad has a lot of coworkers that graduated from there, and I have friends going there. On the other hand, I also like VCU (interviewed) because its located at a medical center/campus, its been around longer, and seems to have more options as far as rotations are concerned. VCU will cost me about $36,000 a year (if accepted) whereas Wingate will only be $30,000.

Any thoughts?

if I were you, I would go to Wingate. Wingate will be about 20% cheaper. I know 6K is not much these days, but if you consider that you have to take on loans with accrued interest to pay for that then Wingate wins in my book. I am sure there will be enough rotations for you there at Wingate.

You decided yet??

Although out of state tuition may be higher than the tuition at Wingate, VCU will probably give you more opportunities for rotations, fields to consider (i.e., research, clinical, PharmD/PHD, etc.) and, as you said, its in a medical center. You may also want to consider the location, as well as housing prices since you will be living at either area for the next 4+ years. BTW, it may also be in your best interest to put VCU on your resume in the future, than a "brand new school."

Well. I think I will go to Wingate...still haven't heard back from VCU. Wingate is cheaper and so is living expenses. My dad's boss who went to pharm school at UNC said I should go to Wingate, because they don't care where I went to school as long as it's accredited and I get my license. Plus, most of the pharmacists at WFUBMC have heard of Wingate, but haven't heard of VCU.
