venting on interviews or lack thereof

this is just me getting my anger out at work since i've had 1 interview so far.

isht sucks big time.

i got most of my ish in before the august results came out. still have wake forest, u chicago, yale, cornell to go.

advice needed:
think its still worth applyin' to u chicago, i'm already late and madd people i've seen have been rejected.
stats: 3.6/34

Although the waiting it tough, I would not fear the worst untll actual rejections roll in.
 
you've been complete for a month. Don't worry too much. I didn't get my first interview until I was 2 months complete. It also depends on which schools you applied to. If they are highly ranked, then expect to wait. You have good stats. Don't worry and concentrate on what you have already.
 
Hey you know what- I've been feeling somewhat down about the process as well. but I've been trying to keep my mind on something else (ie: I started knitting my christmas gifts and lavishing attention on my boyfriend)
If it was meant to be ( which with your stats I am guessing YES! 🙂 ), you and I will become doctors. I wish you the best of luck...
 
I cannot wait until the whole application process is finished. I'm getting tired of checking my email every half hour to see if there is an interview invite in my inbox or waiting for the mail to be delivered in hopes that it will contain an interview invitation. IJ have had a couple interviews, but I feel I should be getting more, especially since I've been complte since sept. Good luck to the rest of you during this application cycle.
