I prefer a font of 14-16(arial)
when I do the verbal on the MCAT, or the AAMC tests, will I be able to change the size?

I am currently taking AAMC tests via kaplan.

no font or resolution change on the real deal. they're about ~12 point font on a 1024 res

As long as you have decent vision, you should have no problem viewing the text.
