shoudl you take 7 minutes per passage? and in between skip the passage that seems hard and come back to it or keep doing them continuously

7 minutes per passage is a good number but try to shoot for 6-6:30 in case you get a monster verbal section on test day.
I like to work in the order of the test...skipping around to find the easiest passage isn't always effective because some tough passages could have easier questions and vice versa. Just a personal preference though.
