Verification of eras application

So I've done volunteer work at a clinic in rural parts of colombia in south america with a doctor. I put it on my eras. My question is if the program were to need verification, how exactly would I go by doing this if I don't have contact with the doctor at all anymore. I don't want to be accused of fraud

Just put down exactly what you did. But if you don't have contact with said doctor then I'm not sure if that experience is worth putting on ERAS.
