If they changed my coursework, where would it say what they have changed? Or do I have to go through and compare it against my transcripts again?

If you go to your "Dental School Designations" tab on your AADSAS, and click the little binoculars "Application PDF", I think they mark changes to coursework with an asterisk.

"Note: For Credits and Grades, an * indicates a correction made during verification"
