I got some very helpful advice here, thanks everyone. I wish all of you luck, especially for those who need it the most, those who didn't get the 240 on step 1 and struggle through crapshoot rotations. Keep the dream alive!

take step2 early and rock it. get involved in some radiology projects now...this will also provide a means to getting a letter from some radiology faculty.

if you are an ms3 you still have some time to try to honor something. even if you don't..considering your schools reputation and if you improve your step2 and do some research you'll improve your chances considerably.
