i heard QR contributes to AA but Dental schools dont really care about QR

every since i was young, i am only confident and good at math

all the practice tests and materials i use, i never get below 28 for QR with about 25-30minutes left to double check my answers, but i didnt go over during my practices..
(didnt even practice for math sections, tried destroyer math section for about 30 questions and i just quit it cuz i feel like i could ace it unless i make mistakes)

comparably, my other sections scores are lower

i just took my first topscore and i got

BIS GC OC TS PAT RC QR AA
Topscore 1 ( 17/ 19/ 20/ 19/ 21/ 20 / 29 / 21 )

obviously, i am working hard to increase TS section
just wondering, does having high QR benefit me besides contributing to AA?

Honestly, I think having a high QR is a strange thing to worry about...I have met with a few schools who have told me that QR is the least important section, but still important. It helps with AA, but it isn't a stand-alone like the sciences. From what I gathered talking to schools, TS, AA and PAT are most important. So of course a high score in anything won't hurt you.
