Hi dear friends, got a debate with some questions with my friend.

We have a questions saying that..a heavy white like powder percipitate in a male urine plus some tissue string like tissue suspension and yellowish discharge...

It is given that, all std and bacterial culture is negative and no physical pain noticed any where, the urine is normal colour and normal smell.

What is the percipitates indicates and the the tissue like stuff? Again, where does the percipitate and also the tissue like stuff could come from?
