Hey guys, I'm in the process of recovering from something called vestibular neuritis..i'm 23 btw..what's my prognosis?
I'm on Betaserc now, and Xanax to help me sleep at night, still do not have full sense of balance, head feels heavy..

The prognosis is good. It usually takes a few weeks to recover. You may have a recurrence but that's not too common.

You have an excellent prognosis. Some symptoms can be helped with Physical Therapy, so if after several weeks you are not back to 100% you can ask your doc to send you to PT.

Limiting your use of vestibular suppressants will help speed the process of central compensation and speed your return to normal functioning.
