While cleaning out my favorites bar I realized I had accumulated a lot of useful Vet websites... So why not start a thread so everyone can share Websites they found helpful while studying in vet school!

@JaynaAli - thanks so much for you contribution!!! I actually start special path / systemic path and parasitology in the fall so those should be really helpful!!
 
Saw you already got the Illinois radiology site. I love it and used it well into third year too.

Also, Youtube has some great videos for various things. I'll hunt around and see if I can find any in particular that I've used but I normally just type in "dog epidural" or whatever and get some great results. 🙂 Kahn Academy videos on general physiology and immunology were also super helpful!

Yes, Kahn academy had a couple really lectures for physio ( action potentials / cardio phys) and for developmental anatomy... I'll try to find a couple to add tonight.

Hey! It isn't a link, but a book that really helped me with immunology was "How the Immune System Works" Sompayrac. 4th edition. It is 35/40 dollars for the kindle/ipad edition, and I really thought it was worth it. Easy to read without sacrificing detail. I never took immunology before, so this made me a lot more comfortable with the subject and terminology.

I'm definitely considering this because I am terrible at immuno and I have it this semester...

My study group spent this afternoon on the Illinois website doing normal anatomy and now we would like to have some pathologies mixed in... The AVC site only has a couple K9 cases and honestly the radiographs are a bit over-exposed. Thanks!!

I can't remember if I've mentioned this in this thread, but Penn is completely redoing/removing a good bit(maybe all??) of the CAL site. However, I think certain rotations are still going to have things on CAL, but not have it easily accessible to the public. I'll try to make time to go through those rotations and paste any updated/different links for things since these newer links are somewhat improved.

Anyone know if there's a veterinary version of SketchyMedical? I think it's an incredible idea I would love to use for studying.
