can you guys explain what vinyllic proton, acetylenic proton are?

Do vinylic is like CH2CH2 this is ethene, all the Hydrogens are vinylic to the double bond. This one I learned recently, so correct me if I am wrong.
The other one is allylic
That is like CH2CH2CH3 The 3 Hydrogens on the right are all allylic ones. And as I said earlier, the left 4 are vinylic ones.

I think vinylic is only in respect to Hydrogens ON the double bond.
Allylic is one carbon away.
That's that.

This is correct in respect to vinylic and allyic protons. Vinylic is the proton connected to the carbon attached to the double bond and allyic is the proton located one carbon away from the carbon with the double bond. The question actually asks what an acetylenic proton is. Acetylene is actually CH triple bond CH. Therefore, the acetylenic proton is the proton connected to a terminal alkyne carbon. This is a pretty acidic proton due to the polarized nature of the alkyne.
