Virtual Evals

So, my school uses virtual evals, and every one of my schools that I've contacted says that the MSTP committee hasn't received the letters...but the MD committee has. I specifically asked my school to send to both committees, but this apparently did not get done. Has anyone else had this problem?

I had that happen. Since then I have had all of my letters mailed to the MSTP offices and haven't had any problems.
