Scholarships awarded to be highlighted and coloured
2. Acceptance Letters from all admits --à rejection letters
Academics 1. GRE
2. TOEFL
3. WES
4. All Academic Documents
Legal 1. Voter ID Card
2. IDP and DL
3. Insurance Card
Financial 1. Bank F.D.
2. Bank Statement
3. Statement from DP reflecting securities.
4. Certification from G.M. L.I.C reflecting amount invested in Life
Insurance Corporation.
5. Wealth Tax certificate reflecting all the A) Real Estates owned by self
B) Gold
6. Income Tax Clearance Certificate from ITD
Medical 1. Immunisation record preferably on WHOs Yellow Card or as
Annexure I
2. Complete Eye Exam with prescription from Indraprastha Apollo Hosp
Or Center for Sight.
