I talked to my bio advisor and she said I can either take it at the university (but it won't count toward GPA since I already took upper level classes) or take it at another university during summer.
- While it may not count toward your GPA at the school, it will factor into your GPA as calculated by AMCAS. All classes ever taken (in the US and Canada per my understanding, though I'm not 100% sure if it's only US and Canada) at the undergrad level will factor into your GPA.

I am a texas resident and thinking about taking genchem1,2 and ochem1,2 during summer at university of houston. (possibly calculus, too)
- University of Houston is fine

My question is,

1. Which one will be better between doing it as a visiting student or post-bacc?? (cause I can choose either one)
1. Does not matter. Either one is fine.

2. Can I take genchem1 and ochem 1 at the same time?? Does that matter?
Both of my transcript from foreign school and US school show I took genchem and ochem. So as far as the prereq goes, I am eligible to take ochem but not sure if I can take both of them at the same time.
2. Does not matter. You can take them at the same time. I would if I were in your situation.

Sounds like you are enrolled at another university. If so I think you have to do the 'visiting student' route... My understanding was that (at least as far as UH is concerned) post-bacc students are out of school and not currently enrolled in any university, and that visiting students ARE enrolled elsewhere but want to take summer classes at UH. The other thing I was wondering is if your US school already shows that you have completed gchem/ochem on the transcript in the form of transfer credits, why do you want to retake them? My understanding was that as long as the US school recognized the credits, then you are good as far as AMCAS and TMDSAS are concerned. Maybe I'm wrong on this though...
