We check vit D levels not infrequently.

I just had mine checked and it was super low.

WTF!

I live in San Diego, and play tennis all the time. Weird.

Paranthetically, anyone at Indian Wells this week?

Do you have an abundance of melanin? If so, may need to rely on supps over sunshine. If you’re Caucasian then I’m not sure what the issue is. Too much sunscreen?

I assume very low is under 15.

If so, I would definitely replace it.

Why you doing K?

Have read some interesting data about K2 for CV health
Built into my D. Take with fattest meal of day.

I am more red than anything. Absolutely no melanin. Lots and lots of sun screen. Lots and lots of BSCs.
