could someone please tell me in a case of orthostatic hypotension, do we have to take the vital signs of the patient in the room seeing the chnage in position (considering we anyway have to take the doorway info as the standard)..do they judge you if you dont take the BP??

I didn't do it. I just wrote in my A/P that I would do it.

dont waste your time doing this....accept the vitals given and if you feel orthostatics are indicated, put that in the note
