Is there really a point to voiding your PCAT score? One of my friends that just took his decided not to score his test since he got an 80 composite last time he took it and wanted to make sure he didn't do worse this time.

However, from what I understand, pharmacy schools only look at your best score. He said he left half of the quantitative section blank, so he was really nervous.

Yeah, you can opt out of having your exam scored... but I imagine that's for the person who has an anxiety attack and psychs themselves out of performing half-way descently.

It's a way of ensuring that you don't get a horrible score reported, and Pearson still gets to keep your money.

Honestly, no one should have any real reason to do it, except under extreme circumstances.
We should all be prepared to get what we paid and studied for.
