VSAS certification

I have a question regarding VSAS. I think I'm mostly done with VSAS and ready to certify, I think from this point is when my school adds my transcript.

1) I cant add my immunizations right now.. do I have to certify first?
2) Can I add anything to my app after I certify? for example I think some schools require like a pdf of my insurance card or something.. If I don't add that now will I be able to add it later? Or if some schools down the road request something unusual would I be able to add it?

1) You have to "submit" an application and use an authorization and then magically the ability to upload your immunizations will appear
2) You can add all of that at anytime
