ALCS online certification

My IMG friend forgot to renew her ACLS and was wondering if she does an online certification if she can write that she is ACLS certified on her cv. After some research it seems like they are all the same certification, but it just depends if the hospital you work for will accept it or not. This is the specific site that my friend wanted to ask if anyone had experience with it.

No one is going to care about ACLS. I expect most programs will re-certify everyone during orientation, if it's required for the program.

Agreed. Residency programs typically will re-certify everyone during orientation so they know everyone is up to date.

Also, I am not sure a hospital would accept a certificate from some random site. Where I am at now wants AHA for everything
