is it 90 and 120 ? TS says its 90, 120 and 180 but i dont find that elsewhere?
 
Trust your TS, or you may look at the picture of that common example in the textbook.
 
maybe they count the Cl to Cl bond angle exactly opposite(linear) to one another 180 degrees, skipping the Cl sticking out the bottom?
 
You can't count it as 180, cuz there is no linear or free valence e- here.

TS is wrong. They make mistake too.
 
Technically there is 180 here also, although we do not usually consider that angle. It is referin to the 2 Cl on the poles of the molecule.One at each end. Those 2 are separated vy 180 degrees, because they are basically 2 90 degree angles combined. I know this is way confusing, but it is not very easy to explain without pictures.
