So I know this is a lame question but...

In order to get a full pell grant for my FINAL semester I would have to add 3 credits of something/anything stupid that I really don't want to take. So would it be too unethical to add something and get the full pell grant and then drop it in time to keep the pell grant and get a W, which would be my only W on my transcript?? I would still graduate this semster and I don't know how that would look being accepted already?

What do you think?

I'm in the same situation, but I didn't think about or consider a withdrawl. Instead, I'm just going to take a bunch of ESSF (Exercise/Fitness) classes so that I don't have homework and can get something out of the credits.

I have a couple W's on my transcript from past unforeseen circumstances (family & job related). It was a PAIN to get them withdrawn from after the "withdrawl date", so don't flirt with that. Just now thinking about it, I don't think your plan would work. Pretty sure that the distributing university keeps a close watch and would treat it like money owed back to the school if you didn't fulfil the credit requirement for the grant. Not sure though.

Who said mormon?
haha. im just kiddin bro. Oh if you really wanted to have some fun you could take a 3 credits of the second half of biochem?! haha

Just don't take family history...

you'll lose your grants/scholarships. Happened to my friend. He was required to make a payments back. Something like 30% had to be repaid for getting a W and therefore not completing enough credits.

The thing is this, they tell you at my university that you will keep all the scholarships/grants if you complete 2/3 of your credits. The catch is that you have keep the full load until a certain date they tell you, which happens to be the same date they hand out W's. Thanks for the thoughts guys.

Airsimon, I am already signed up for Biochem, where I am at its only a one semester class so I am in trouble anyway thats why I want to take something super easy or something online so I don't have to put a ton of effort in going to class or anything so I can put more time into BIO CHEM!
