Wags and Express Scripts reach deal?

Everyone I know at Walgreens seems to have had significant hour cuts, and a lot of our patients who transferred from Walgreens have talked about how they WISH they would've left sooner, so I seriously doubt they will even come close to getting them all back. lol

Woo Hoo!!! Page 2!

They won't get them all back. The bottom line as I have said before people are lazy. If the Walgreens is half a block closer to their house they will go back. Convenience is all that matters. Lord knows they are not getting any kind of customer service at either ****ty pharmacy.

I don't work for CVS so I wouldn't really know about their customer service.

I work for a company that basically bases its entire competitive strategy on customer service, but it's only located in the southeast so that doesn't really matter... I just happen to agree with Old Timer on the whole thing. I seriously doubt ESI suffered at all when you consider the situation.

We've been registering people at store level for balance rewards since Wednesday. The true test of the program will be October 1.
