Wait for Additional LOR or Submit Secondary?

I currently have 3 LORs ready to go (2 science, 1 non-science), and am waiting for one from a volunteer supervisor that should be ready mid-August. My primary hasn't been verified yet (submitted early July) but I've received a few secondaries already and want to submit them ASAP. A few of these secondaries require listing out all of the LORs they should expect to receive from me. Should I just list out all 4 and submit the secondary first? Or should I wait to be verified and for the LOR to come in, and then submit the secondary? I really don't want to delay things much longer, and since I assume processing each piece will take time, I was wondering if it would be okay to go ahead and submit my secondary first?

There is no reason to submit the secondaries quickly if you arent verified yet. The schools wont mark you as complete or look at your app until they have everything (primary/secondary/fee/LORs). You might as well wait to secure the LOR since submitting early won't help anything.

Just get everything in order and wait until your primary is verified.

If you want to submit the secondary just to get it out of your mind then just do it. No harm. You won't be marked complete till your verified and all your letters are in so it really doesn't matter
