wait for transcript update or submit ERAS now?

My transcript is not fully updated due to some evaluation forms getting turned in late and subsequent chasing after attendings etc. Some of the 3rd year clerkship courses have "grades in progress" and it is going to take few days for my school to have a completed trascript. I was wondering if I should wait until I have a fully updated trascript (should take few days maybe until end of this week??) or just submit ERAS now with incomplete transcript. If I do submit ERAS today, then how can I send a new transcript to programs??

Your school sends the transcript--it's not something you can control. If the update involves the specialty you are applying to, I'd recommend asking the Dean's office to delay submission until its ready. But, really, we end up getting multiple versions of some documents, and the new one overwrites the original. So it's not a big worry, either way.

Let your school upload it when everything is in....submit the rest of your app. Programs know that not every school uploads transcripts right away, they do it in batches. Don't worry about this, the programs will DL it from ERAS once it's available to them. It's not like programs send out all their invites on the first day, and blacklist everyone else.
