is it worth my while to send in any completed secondaries even though i am waiting another two weeks for my final LOR, or should i just wait to send them all in together in a few weeks. thanks for your help!

I would say send it in. I hear you on the waiting for LOR thing, it's really annoying. One of my LORs still hasn't been sent in, so I told the pre-med office to just send my committee letter package off without it (thankfully, I asked for an extra recommendation, so I was good to go without the last one).
