Hey I have a question about SUNY. I had applied a while ago and interviewed back in december. I called and spoke to Dr. Johnston several times about the status of my application and both times he told me that they still can't make a decision about my application (a big part of that is that I ran out of time on the QR and scored only a 300). When I spoke to him last week, he told he that they're no longer accepting ANYONE and once they're done interviewing will assess everyones application by the end of march and either accept them or put them on an alternate list. I'm kind of not sure how to take this because they've had my application for so long that I would've assumed that by now if they wanted to they would've simply rejected me. Is anyone else in this situation with SUNY? or know of anyone who has been in the past?

I interviewed in January and I'm in the same situation.

I interviewed on February 10th or around that time. And got a notification about a week later of acceptance. So i think they are still accepting people and that you shouldn't worry.

are they still giving out interviews? i haven't heard back from them.

I am in the same situation too. I interviewed at SUNY in the beginning of January and was told they couldn't make a decision on my application yet either. Dr. Johnston had told me that they would probably get back within 6 weeks, but from what ng26 heard, it sounds like we all might be waiting til the end of march. I hope we all hear back sooner though!
