Waivers for prereqs

Have any of you guys heard of these? Say you got accepted, but don't have English or Calc....anyone hear of schools giving waivers?

I didn't have to take the second semester of basic biology (lecture w/ lab). I was accepted without it and just emailed the dean of admission who told me not to worry about it.

Play it safe and give the admissions office a call/email. I've talked to a few of them and they are generally pretty helpful. Don't apply without checking though- it's a waste of money if they will just screen you out when they see what you're missing.
