Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone knew how long it takes Wake to notify you once your AMCAS has been verified? I was verified a week ago today and am still waiting to be notified about whether I'll receiving a secondary application or not. Does anyone have an idea?

Looks like mine took 10 days. Might be a little slower now if they're sifting through a high volume of applications.

i was complete Aug 3 and received the secondary Aug 15, but the delay may be different at this point

from my experience, it seems to depend on the school. except for wake forest, all of mine were available after about a week. i expected to hear from wf last b/c they screen.

I was verified on 8/14, received an email verifying receipt of my AMCAS on 8/28 and was invited to complete a secondary on 9/4.

yea you'll get an email telling you they received your amcas a little bit before you get the one about the secondary

^same dates as mine (except my AMCAS was verified on 8/10)

I was verified a day or so before you and have yet to hear from wake, northwestern, drexel, loyola, and siu. 😕

I know some of those schools are screeners, but c'mon drexel and NU.
