I plan on waking up and going on a 15-20 minute run to get the "juices flowing". Would it be ideal to do a couple passages from each section just to get in the mind set prior to leaving for the testing site?

I'd say definitely don't look at anything day of. Most people recommend to stop looking at MCAT relevant materials from the day before...so if you're testing on a Friday, your last day studying should be Wednesday, with Thursday devoted to relaxing.

I think it's a terrible idea. You will not learn anything and you risk harming your confidence if the passages are tough (which most MCAT passages are). Additionally, the only think you should be doing in the final stretch is AAMC material and you shouldn't have any AAMC material left the morning of the MCAT. So again, no, bad idea.

You should do what feels best for you.
I think it's a great idea. I love reviewing in the morning because it wakes me up and puts me in the zone.
Just because other people dislike the idea does not necessarily mean it's a wrong idea.
Try reviewing before a practice test and see how it goes.

I find I do well on tests if I wake up early to get the juices flowing. I wouldn't do practice questions though. Just wake up, maybe some light exercise, then relax if you can before the test.

Maybe read a light editorial article while eating breakfast to wake up the mind a bit. I plan on nothing heavy tho.

Probably the day before I will do somethIng very minimal in the morning, like a run through of a couple passages from each of the section bank sections or something. Just a couple hours. I feel like taking the whole day off the day before would throw me off. Everyone is different though

I really didn't even study the day before. I get the idea of "juices flowing" but I don't think it's helpful at all. Had to let my mind rest.
