Some stores in rural areas get higher pay than others in the city. If someone were to transfer to a lower pay areas, metro areas. Do you get to keep your higher rate when you transfer? Anyone who works for Walgreens know about this?
I know WMT will lower your pay immediately if you move to the city. A friend of mine moved from one of the boondocks to the city and his pay gets lowered from 72/hr to 64/hr in a nice city, same title. I also know CVS and Rite Aid will keep your higher rate the same if you transfer.
