Hello everyone,

I have a question about evaluation. How do you get a fair evaluation from your home store if you float at other stores more than at your home store (work 1 or 2 days/month at home store).

If you get negative feedback from other stores and they are not true, do you have opportunities to defend them?

you could ask pharmacy managers throughout the year to fill out a floater evaluation form so you have written proof to submit.

This is a good idea. I haven't thought about this. I can proactively ask for written feedback while I'm floating at those stores so that I have evidence to back up/fight back "surprised" negative comments or events at the semi-annual evaluation.

Thank you very much,

Any other suggestions? please

walgreens should have metrics n performance that u can print out base only on your performance.. for example, at cvs at the end of the day i can print wait time report to see how many waiters were filled on time, and ready when promised. and print screen of the queue to show that all scripts are completed for the day.. and print promise wait time report for that particular store so u can compare your performance vs regular staff..

At least in my district I wouldn't give any floater a damn thing. Each one burns a store down in a day. Refuse flu shots, C2's and turn everything red.

at our cvs location, 3,000 flu shots are worth a total of 3 points, and they generously gave us 2 points out of 3 total. as such, immunization is a huge waste of time n effort for 3 points.
