I recently got an email offer from Walgreens for a position KY location but there is a new Walgreens opening in TX with higher hourly rate + a signing bonus. Should I reject the KY position and interview with TX? Please give me some advice. Thank you so much!!

It depends on where you prefer to live. Pay depends on the region. Less desirable area is usually the reason a particular region pays better than another.

Consider cost of living as well. May get more money in an area to adjust that.
