Walgreens Transferring

Hey everyone, I tried to get some answers regarding on transferring to different Walgreens store by search box, but didn't get enough results. I've been a PIC for almost 6 months and really want to be a staff, or even a floater. Tried to find jobs elsewhere, but no luck. So couple of staff positions popped up on Wags job search, might as well start asking my DM. Flu season has started, so I was wondering how likely is it for my DM to approve a transfer right now. Also, does it look bad that I wanted a transfer before completing a year as PIC? Any advice or opinions are greatly appreciated.
