Shadowing Experience: 200 Hours General Dentistry + my specialist shadowing got canceled because of Covid but I plan on doing at least 75 this fall

Employment: 1000+ ---> sales consultant this past summer and waitress (2018-2020)
Research: 900+; over the course of 3 years, I've worked in a Craniofacial and orthodontics lab at the dental school and in a gastrointestinal lab at the school of medicine. I have one pending publication in a dental textbook and presented a few of my other projects at research symposiums.
Other Extracurriculars:
- President: Asian Interest Org; over 200 members
- Campus Tour Guide
- Operation Smile
- DDS (dental honors fraternity)
Relevant Honors or Awards:
- Merit scholarship during undergraduate (covered 50% of my education)
- BPS scholar (awarded for service/community outreach)
- assured admittance into business school (bypassed competitive application)

Thank you for taking the time to look over this. Your honesty is much appreciated! I am mainly concerned about my organic chemistry score, I am surprised and disappointed in it. I also ran out of time in the QR section and had to guess on the last four questions on the exam... really kicking myself. Also, should I add or take away any of the schools below? I made this list before taking the DAT today and I am open to making any changes.
