Welcome to the forums.

What's in your letter packet? Short answer: they could. Always ask the schools on your list.

Why so much exposure to ortho? You have a lot of athletics activities, so I'm not sure you have stretched yourself to understand the entirety of health care and health issues. Where is your clinical exposure to other specialties, including primary care? (Your profile makes me ask why not podiatry?)

None of your current schools are realistic with your MCAT of 491. Post your new score here when available. For DO schools you do not need to apply now and can wait until August when you have your new score. If you apply to MD schools now they will only see your MCAT of 491. Apply to only one throwaway school when you submit your primary application. You can add more schools in August when your new MCAT is available.

Faha I am certain where I am scoring I will get a 505-510. Taking mcat on june 27th wont have score back till almost august I would prefer not to wait that long for help

The schools will base their initial evaluation of your application with your MCAT of 491. They are under no obligation to wait until your new score arrives. Applying with a MCAT of 491 is a poor strategy.

Yes Faha I agree. I am submitting to one school to get verified then will submit after my mcat score is in. I just want some help with my school list and ask WAMC to the forum. I see you help multiple people and seem to have a good understanding. WAMC with my expected mcat when i apply once my score gets back and what schools should I add if I do get that score. Thanks Faha

I do not do lists based on hypothetical scores. Post your new score here when available. @Goro and @gyngyn your opinion ?

I don't do hypothetical. Post when you have your new MCAT score.

I can tell you that you GPAs are very weak for MD schools except those in AL. They're fine for DO.

U Alabama and South Alabama are the only realistic MD schools with your MCAT of 503. You are competitive for many DO schools and I suggest these:
ACOM
VCOM (all schools)
WCU-COM
CUSOM
LMU-DCOM
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
PCOM Georgia and South Georgia
UIWSOM
TUNCOM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM
NYIT-AR
ARCOM
LECOM (all schools)
