- ~450 hours EMT
- Research experience and productivity:
- ~ A little over 1000 hours with 2 posters (1 national, 1 school) + 1 mid author publication (IF 4) + 2 mid-author manuscripts in review (IF 6+4)
- Shadowing experience and specialties represented: 75 hours = 25 hours (cardiology + 25 hours (radiology) + 25 hours (pediatrics)
- Non-clinical volunteering:
- 100 hours Red Cross Blood Donor Screener
- 100 hours of Crisis Hotline Work
- 30 hours of club related volunteer work (clothing drives/food bank work)
- Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)
- ~4 years of heavy involvment in a club sport (2 years as president) Not sure even how to quantify hours
