I qualified for FAP and I am planning on applying to about 10ish more after the free 20, so I need to cut down on a few and I may apply to a few DO to be safe as well. I somewhat have these separated in categories of safer, realistic, and then reach in that order from top to bottom.

You have several state public schools on your list that accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. Also several reaches. This is a more realistic list with your stats:
Indiana
Medical College Wisconsin
Loyola
Rosalind Franklin
St. Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
Tulane
Colorado
NOVA MD
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
Central Florida
Wake Forest
George Washington
VCU
Eastern Virginia
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State

I would add USUHS too if you are not completely against joining the military. Their secondary is free and your stats are right around theirs.

I knew that Minnesota was probably coming off of my list because they do not accept many OOS, but which others are you saying? I am going to keep some reach schools just to shoot my shot, are there any that you recommend? Thanks for your input, you are the best for helping so many of us!

Do you have msar? You absolutely need it. It’s like 20$ for a years worth of access and it shows you all the stats you need to decide which schools would be best to apply to. I don’t have msar access anymore but I imagine some of the schools Faha is referring to are Mich, OSU, Cinci, Colorado, Wisc—who all accept a good amount of OOS but your stats may fall a bit below their OOS averages.

Thing is you got the FAP going for you, so the potential donations aren’t coming out of your pocket. Just make sure you don’t screw yourself—make the ratio of realistic:reach like 6:1 or higher, not 50/50.

The schools I did not include in my list. Arizona Tucson interviews less than 3% of non residents and seems to prefer URM which you are not. Utah admitted only 26 non residents with a preference for those from neighboring states. Half of Toledo's non residents are from Michigan.

Is Rush worth applying to with the amount of community service I have?
