sorry, but while AA 21 is average, but TS 19.5 is below average
17 PAT is not disqualifying, and your lab should help you there
your short list and applying late could be an issue, especially UMich (and marquette is effectively done with invites for the cycle)
i wish there was more interaction with your IS publics so you would have a better chance...

I will also add, 9/30 is pretty late for dental school applications. Many interview slots for the rest of the calendar year are probably getting filled now, so the best you might be able to do is a spring (waitlist) interview. If I only had a better understanding of your mission fit and connection with IS public programs. UIC is your obvious go-to local program to Loyola. If you grew up outside of Chicago, SIU is in play.
