Open to feedback about my school list and if it's realistic. I am not sure based on my stats if I should avoid any of these schools due to a heavy emphasis on either research or service.

I'm not sure you need to avoid heavy research, but heavy service right now is out of range. For starters, you don't seem to have much service orientation activities, and your non-clinical volunteering doesn't hit the service orientation chord for me, especially the "informal conversation partner" piece. Are you doing more as a translator? You should be addressing or relieving someone's needs (as per social services). You are clearly heavy on OB/GYN, so that's not going to help you get to a refined list here.
