Why are you applying to CA schools since you are a Ohio resident ? UC Riverside admitted zero non residents last year and UC Davis only one.
Here is a more realistic school list:
Case Western
Ohio State
Cincinnati
NEOMED
Toledo
Wright State
West Virginia
U Michigan
Western Michigan
Indiana
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Rochester
Vermont
Hofstra
Mount Sinai
Einstein
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
USF Morsani
Miami
TCU-UNT
Washington University
Your low clinical experience hours will limit your chances for interviews.

Applying to CA schools as a nonresident for the simple reason that I would prefer to go to school on the East/West coasts.

Since you attended UCLA you could apply there. Your stats are also good for California University and they do not have a strong instate bias.

Your minimal clinical experience may limit you a bit.

Either way, apply to literally all of your Ohio schools, they are your best shot.

In addition look into: Rochester, Pitt, Emory, Einstein, Hofstra, Sinai, BU, Vermont, Loyola, SLU, Wake Forest, Miami, Georgetown, GW, Jefferson, Temple, UCLA, UCSD, UCSF.
