Loyola and Rush expect far more non clinical volunteering than you have. Wright State, Toledo and Louisville admit very few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. Some of your other schools are unrealistic with MCAT scores of 502 and 505. You have a good DO list. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
UC Davis
UC Riverside
California Northstate
California University
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Roseman
TCU
Ponce (St. Louis)
Alice Walton
Belmont
Methodist
Eastern Virginia
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Albany
Quinnipiac

I appreciate therapeutic riding as an activity, but you should have at least another activity that provides social services to the general community in need: food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation.
