In my opinion, for US schools, you need more volunteering experiences to underresourced communities, especially in the US. You list clinical volunteering in hospital settings, but we want to see things like food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. Your lower GPA will also making things a bit more challenging but not impossible. I suspect your Canadian transcript is science-heavy without much humanities or social science courses.
