- Clinical experience: about 2000 hrs as a group therapist/behavioral health aide in a psychiatric hospital
- Research experience: about 200 hours as a research associate for a clinical psychiatric study, no publications + completed and presented poster project for second semester biology lab course
- Shadowing: about 50 hrs in psychiatry, still looking for more
- Non-clinical volunteering: about 30 hrs volunteering with my university's sports nutrition center helping student-athletes make smart food choices post-workout
- Other extracurricular activities: Internship abroad in Lisbon, Portugal completing a research project about best practices for victim support services and shadowing a neuropsychologist, TA for organic chemistry lab for one semester, founded a chapter of national Alzheimer's awareness student group at my university, and served one semester as president, member of Autism Speaks club, member of social fraternity
