not a terrible list since you have so many schools
Columbia OSU Ucla and texas a&m are pretty big reaches for your stats, but most of the rest are ok
a little heavy on public schools too, but I think with a high number of schools you are ok as long as your PS and LORs don't suck

I don't think Texas A&M is a reach for you stat-wise, but rather for the fact that you are OOS. The Texas schools are among the least OOS friendly of any state. Your stats and your ECs look good on the surface tho, so as long as you interview decently, you should have an acceptance in your future.
