Ready to submit today, looking for a final review of my school list

MCAT: 517, cGPA 3.45, sGPA 3.12, biology major 2021 grad from Texas private school
Clinical Paid: 1500 hours OR Assistant, 75 hours outpatient radiology office intern
Clinical Unpaid: Shadowing various specialties - 130 hours
Research: no lab research, however im cited in a paper for literature research/review from an esteemed radiologist, and had a mini-thesis type project relating to healthcare issues during college
non-clinical paid: lifeguard 2 summers, independent manual labor job, 3 summers, year teaching abroad
volunteer: 75 hours community volunteer organization, 50 hours family clinic volunteer
Spanish-speaker, non-native
extracurricular org leadership and president
basic hobbies
I know my GPA bars me from a lot of schools but Im hoping my MCAT/writing/early applying can get me in somewhere. looking for which MD schools I should add/delete from this list, im fine with moving anywhere I need to, I just really want to be a doctor. Im also applying DO but do not have that school list yet. Applying all Texas schools, no strong ties to any state besides Texas and Hawaii
I did research on MSAR and reddit etc but I may have missed some schools I should apply to or put some on here that I have no business with. I know my GPA doesn't permit me to have any "safety" schools but im also wondering if any of these could be considered target schools? or if they are all going to be reaches/high reaches
Thank you in advance
