WAMC: Good stats but no idea where I stand on ECs

Hello! On mobile so apologies for bad formatting. I’m having trouble building a school list (recommended breakdown of T20/T50/ instate to OOS ratio etc.) and was hoping y’all could help.

-State: CA, from top UC
-ORM, taking 1 gap year

Major: Psych
cGPA: 3.92, sGPA: 3.90
MCAT: 521

research: 800 hrs in neuro lab. 2 first author posters, 1 pub as middle author.

clinical experience: 400 hours total helping with transport and enrolling patients in research studies. Will work as MA during gap year.

physician shadowing: 20 hours neurologist, 15 hours EM, 10 hours FM, 10 hours surgery, 20 hours virtual

non-clinical volunteering: 300 hours in literacy tutoring org as tutor and director, 100 hours organizing immigrant health fairs, 80 hours working with refugees, 50 hours playing virtual concerts for elderly

other EC: general chem learning assistant (360 hours), theatre org actor/director/writer (200 hours)

-no family in med, interested in primary care, no rural.
-just having trouble objectively viewing my app and was hoping for some feedback on how competitive I am. Thanks!!

Thanks so much! I’ve been looking through msar for schools that are good for my stats. But I’m worried my ECs won’t be up to par with where my stats can get me. Do you think my ECs will be good enough for the schools you suggested?
