I think you need to take another gap year. Do a DIY postbacc. The reason for the gap year is that you have a fairly recent criminal arrest that you've implied may be able to be expunged before AMCAS opens up in June 2020. Also your GPA is low, and your volunteering is bare-bones. Get another 100 hours of clinical and nonclinical volunteering. Fix those issues and you have a strong application. Good luck. If you apply this year with that criminal arrest on your record it could easily sink you and is a huge minus.
